Slow Cooker Pulled BBQ Pork

1-pork loin (any size) (I have also used chicken breasts)
season liberally with seasoning (recipe below)
sear all sides
put in crock pot
chicken stock in the crock pot 1/3 the way up the loin
cook on high all day
towards the end occasionally pull apart the pork with a fork
when finished put pork in a dish and mix with your favorite BBQ sauce
serve on top of buns and a side of coleslaw (recipe below)


SEASONING

mix together in a tupperware container

garlic powder
onion powder
pepper
salt
paprika
chili powder

i usually make a big batch and use it when needed

COLESLAW

mix together
1 cup mayonaise
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 pint heavy whipping cream

pour over
2-3 bags shredded coleslaw mix
